A job done well. Needed new railings and pickets for our basement and the finish product met our expectations. Moe kept us in the loop and assisted us in choosing the right materials to achieve the best look. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done right. I would recommend Royal Hardwood Refinishing and Moe and I have no reservations in having them do other projects for us.

We bought a fixer upper house and interviewed five general contractors about the renovation. It was an easy decision. We decided to go with Royal Hardwood Refinishing for four reasons: the pricing was better than others; Julia was very attentive to customer service and highly responsive to texts and emails; Royal Hardwood Refinishing was able to meet our tight timeline of 5 weeks for the full reno; and the company consists of full time employees, which means greater reliability in work performance and consistency.

We were happy with our decision. Julia and Moe completed the renovation on schedule. They renovated 4 bathrooms, refinished wood floors, replaced tiles, painted the walls and doors, and removed the popcorn ceiling. After the job completion date, they returned to do a final touchup and clean. Throughout they were responsive, hard working, and personable. The house looks completely different and beautiful, and it wouldn't have been possible without Royal Hardwood Refinishing!

Three separate experienced teams came in to transform our breezeway, kitchen, family room and bedroom flooring. They were in and our in 5 days. This team managed to completely renovate my house including stair change, carpet removal, installing new steps, hardwood floor sanding and staining, popcorn ceiling removal and painting, baseboard and windows frame installation and painting, as well as luxury vinyl flooring installation.
The whole job was done perfectly, they have high sense of quality, very responsive to customer needs, punctual in terms of time and respect for customer satisfaction.

From start to finish, the experience with RHR was Fantastic!! Everything from the initial communication, the updates during the project, the help with selecting finishes and the willingness to work within a budget far exceeded many other contractors we have worked with.

Our project included; Sanding and staining floors, removing and installing tiles, removing and installing stairs, removing the popcorn ceiling and painting common areas and two bedrooms. With such a large project, we were cautious about choosing a contractor to deliver what we wanted within our budget and timeline. RHR delivered!!

The team was punctual, communicated the plan at the end of the day and in the morning, checked in to ensure we were happy with the work, and quickly corrected any minor changes we wanted.

The overall experience with RHR was easy and almost effortless; the hard part was deciding what colour we wanted the house to be.

The work was completed on time. The quality of the work was superb! The service and care by the tradesmen and the company owner (Moe) was 5 stars! They had to put in extra materials and did so at their own cost. The initial quote was honoured and then they did some extra work on top of that at no charge! Amazing outfit which i would highly recommend to anyone who needs flooring work, ceiling work or tiling.
