I must say I have always been a little gun shy when hiring a contractor because I have had nothing terrible experiences. I heard about JAX Flooring through a friend and decided to trust the referral and it was the best decision I ever made. Jackson was incredibly kind, friendly and upfront. I always felt included in the conversation and he even completed my upstairs before his projected deadline. My floors look amazing and it was overall an AMAZING customer service experience. He even had the patience to do a walk through with me to ensure the results met my incredibly high standards. We plan to do redo the basement next year and weve already set a plan in motion with Jackson. I highly recommend JAX Flooring to anyone who needs beautiful, professionally done floors. Jax did a fantastic job installing the vinyl/laminate floor in a basement bedroom. It was done in a professional manner with floor shoe installed and caulked as well. All in all, A1 ! Very satisfied.

We were so pleased with Jackson's professionalism, courtesy and skill when he installed hardwood floors in four rooms and a hallway for us. He completed the work in three days and left us with beautiful floors and furniture placed back in their original spots. He gave us suggestions for caring for our new floors as well. Jax's team did an great job tearing up old hardwood flooring, and replacing it with new vinyl planking. It is an old house, with a few challenging areas and surprises, and they rose to the challenge to create an amazing finished product.

There were a few minor communications issues on what work was to be done, that should have been verified/resolved prior to completion, the project took a little longer than expected, which may have benefited from a longer workday, and the finishing stages could use a little more polish.

Despite those minor issues, the team was very pleasant to work with, considerate about the mess, and letting me know when they would arrive/leave. I'm extremely happy with the finished product, and with time and experience, the overall service will only get better, going from great to excellent.

Jax Flooring installed a stunning hardwood floor in our family room. The entire process was designed to please. Jackson provided samples and knew which would look the best and he was right. The existing was removed, subfloor screwed down to prevent any squeaking and new maple hardwood installed. He framed our fireplace hearth .. the room looks absolutely beautiful.
