The project was fulfilled in a very respectable time frame, and his craftsmanship and eye for detail resulted in a very beautiful layout of the floor. I hired Jax Flooring to rip up my old basement carpet and install new luxury vinyl plank flooring that I provided. Of note, I had researched a ridiculous about LVP flooring install prior to listing this job on homestars. JAX contacted me early. The advice he provided was in line with everything I had already learned about installing LVP flooring in basements. What's more, his quote was extremely fair. We set a date for installation and he proactively touched base with me to confirm the date/time a couple days before. He showed up on-time with an appropriate amount of helpers. The workers were professional, they finished early and they cleaned up after themselves. Most important though, they did a very good job. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Jackson!

Jackson has completed 2 projects for me. Both the upper bedrooms and hall hardwood installation as well as the stair installation were smoothly executed and completed in a timely fashion. He was very pleasant to have in the house. If I needed more hardwood installed I would definitely hire him again and would recommend his company.

After multiple quotes and contractors, we decided to use Jax Flooring to remove our builder basic carpet and replace with Canadian made solid hardwood flooring. The removal was quick and very clean but the install was done perfectly. Jax is a master at laying the floors, truly a perfectionist. I must say I have always been a little gun shy when hiring a contractor because I have had nothing terrible experiences. I heard about JAX Flooring through a friend and decided to trust the referral and it was the best decision I ever made. Jackson was incredibly kind, friendly and upfront. I always felt included in the conversation and he even completed my upstairs before his projected deadline. My floors look amazing and it was overall an AMAZING customer service experience. He even had the patience to do a walk through with me to ensure the results met my incredibly high standards.
