JAX FLOORING

Jax's team did an great job tearing up old hardwood flooring, and replacing it with new vinyl planking. It is an old house, with a few challenging areas and surprises, and they rose to the challenge to create an amazing finished product.

There were a few minor communications issues on what work was to be done, that should have been verified/resolved prior to completion, the project took a little longer than expected, which may have benefited from a longer workday, and the finishing stages could use a little more polish.

Despite those minor issues, the team was very pleasant to work with, considerate about the mess, and letting me know when they would arrive/leave. I'm extremely happy with the finished product, and with time and experience, the overall service will only get better, going from great to excellent.
