I must say I have always been a little gun shy when hiring a contractor because I have had nothing terrible experiences. I heard about JAX Flooring through a friend and decided to trust the referral and it was the best decision I ever made. Jackson was incredibly kind, friendly and upfront. I always felt included in the conversation and he even completed my upstairs before his projected deadline. My floors look amazing and it was overall an AMAZING customer service experience. He even had the patience to do a walk through with me to ensure the results met my incredibly high standards.
