Great service by Carl. This was an extended warranty, and Elite Appliance was the second repair company to come to service our induction stove. The first company (I will not name them) gave completely unsatisfactory service, so we had to get a second company and we lucked in that we were connected us with Elite Appliance. Carl was prompt, good and communication, and explaining what the problem was. Parts were ordered quickly and finally we have a working stove top. I would use them again and would recommend Elite Appliance to friends and family.

Elite is a very reputable company from Toronto and has just opened up a location in London. I work with a lot of trades with our rental properties and I can say that Karl was one of the top trades person I've come across especially when I was looking for repair for my personal home refrigerator that broke down. Customer service, knowledge of his craft, preparedness of the systems and paperwork required, the details provided of the issue, the itemized list of parts and labour required for the repair made this experience seamless and gave great confidence in his high quality I received. The appointment was only scheduled for diagnostics, but when I told them what type of issue it might be, Karl came already prepared with all the potential replacement parts and in the same appointment diagnosed and repaired our refrigerator. I would highly recommend contacting Karl at Elite.
