Air Conditioner Concern

The technician was on time and very professional.
He listened to my concern, then explained that the air conditioner had a compressor that kicked in and evaporated all the water. This was why no water came out. So no mold to worry about!
He encouraged me to call if I had any other issues or questions. I would highly recommend this technician, unfortunately he didnt give a name and this company. They are very knowledgeable and courteous

LG Fridge under warranty. The appt was booked within 10 days. The service window was a three hours time frame (11:00 - 2:00). The technician call us on that day to let us know he was on his was to our home.
Really great at keeping us in the loop.
