Fridge was not working properly. The company contacted the Elite Appliances for service. The EAS contacted me right away and booked an appointment at my convenience. The tech were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Very positive and effective service. Will use again, very satisfied.

Warranty Repair

My gas stove had an igniter switch malfunction within the warranty period. The manufacturer had Elite Appliance Service come to deal with the warranty issue. They contacted me in a timely manner and were able to arrange a time suitable for them to come. When the repair person arrived, he quickly diagnosed what was wrong and immediately ordered the correct part. Several days later, the company texted me with a date and time in which they could return. I simply had to text back yes or no if that time was suitable. The company representative arrived within the timeframe that was stated and had my repair done within minutes.
