Communication = from minute one of finding McQueen Stone on Marketplace, Chris' communication was top notch. In fact, he was at my house within 24 hours of first interaction with him in order to measure and provide a quote.

Timeliness - even with the company and supplies based out of Calgary, Chris' install was beyond what I could ever have expected. He gave me a timeline of about 3 weeks during which time he would order the quartz, cut and polish it and then head back to the Okanagan to install.
Chris was at my house for install 6 DAYS AFTER OUR FIRST MEETING!

Service - Chris and his one man crew are 100% profession, respectful and kind.

Quality - these countertops are stunning. McQueen Stone demo'd my previous countertops and backsplash which was quite the chore. My countertops are massive and the seams between pieces and where the backsplash meets the countertops are not visible unless you look for them.

I am so happy with this whole process, especially when there are often so many time delays and hiccups with home renos!

final note - I had a quote from somewhere else and their laminate install was almost the same price as my quartz countertops with Chris and McQueen Stone!!! <3
