I am very happy with the experience I had with Bettenca Cleaning. I had two projects in two different parts of the city; the first one cleaning an empty condo I was about to move into, and the second one cleaning the condo I vacated after the move.
Bettenca Cleaning was among the first to respond to my request on Home Stars, and they answered all the questions I had. I loved how organized they were and their cleaning checklist was great. They arrived both times in the timeframe indicated, and let me know when they were arriving.
Both the condos were beautifully cleaned. I chose a move in/move out service and was not disappointed. We didn't have to clean a single cupboard, the floors and baseboards were dust free and the kitchens and bathrooms were immaculate. The teams were efficient and professional.
We would use this service again. In fact, we think we will engage them for fall and spring cleaning sessions from now on!
