A condo we own was flooded by work done above the unit in May. We had to move out our tenants, store their stuff, and figure out the insurance - all very stressful! What was not stressful was working with Alex and crew at AA Floors. They responded to my message right away (time was of the essence), provided a nice selection of choices, committed to the dates we needed the work done in, re-assessed the job when the insurance wasn't going to pay as much as we thought, and interacted with the property management on the subflooring issue. All through this process, Alex was professional and helpful. The crew contacted us twice, and were lovely to deal with. They got the job done in the time stated, and the floors look lovely! We chose a vinyl wood look tile, in case of future flooding and because they are a good long wear choice. We think they look great. We would highly recommend AA Floors & More to anyone!

We used this company last year to clean the condo we were moving out of and the condo we moved into, and we were so pleased with their service that we used them again for a spring clean. We added some exterior window and porch rail cleaning for this service request. The crew showed up on time and ready to go and they did a lovely job. We have an unusual layout with some tricky to reach spots, and they got them all. And the windows were beautiful! We are very pleased with this company and their staff and will happily use them again. We find them to be thorough and efficient and friendly.

We had a bit of a difficult move from our old condo (which Russell and his team will forever remember as the long hallway move), as the day we chose happened to be garbage day and the garbage removal service happened to be late. This bumped our time at the new condo, with the added stress of negotiating the new elevator time and working with people who were moving out at the same time. Russell and his team handled the whole move and all the obstacles with calmness and professionalism. They took great care of our things, which all arrived safely. The Elite team were professional and responsive when we called them that day, and actually found another mover for us at the new condo to speed things up. I would recommend this company.

I am very happy with the experience I had with Bettenca Cleaning. I had two projects in two different parts of the city; the first one cleaning an empty condo I was about to move into, and the second one cleaning the condo I vacated after the move. Bettenca Cleaning was among the first to respond to my request on Home Stars, and they answered all the questions I had. I loved how organized they were and their cleaning checklist was great. They arrived both times in the timeframe indicated, and let me know when they were arriving. Both the condos were beautifully cleaned. I chose a move in/move out service and was not disappointed. We didn't have to clean a single cupboard, the floors and baseboards were dust free and the kitchens and bathrooms were immaculate. The teams were efficient and professional. We would use this service again. In fact, we think we will engage them for fall and spring cleaning sessions from now on!

We had an armchair, a side chair, a cane chair and a rocking chair with matching footstool to recover. The Toronto School of Upholstery was prompt in their response, was happy to let me supply my own fabric, and their prices can't be beat. They speedily finished the work and I was very pleased with the results. Kyle was friendly and helpful and arranged the delivery around my new condo's rules, and the delivery men let me come down to the truck to attach felt pads to the bottom of the chairs so they wouldn't damage my wood floors. I would use them again.

I engaged Accurate Movers for our move to a new condo based on the excellent review on HomeStars, and I was not disappointed. As we were moving into a new condo, we were given a very short timeframe to complete the move. The elevator was booked for only a couple of hours, and our condo is at the end of a VERY long hallway. Kirill and his crew showed up ahead of schedule, and proceeded to calmly and efficiently move us to our new place. We were very impressed by the care they took of our belongings; Andrey in particular has a knack for wrapping with plastic wrap. We were also very pleased by their rolling out of the red carpets - literally! They spread red carpet aisles on our new wood floors so they wouldn't damage them when bringing in our belongings. Kirill, Andrey and Guy were friendly and professional, and our move was quickly completed with time to spare. The costs were exactly as quoted and compared favourably with other quotes we obtained. We would highly recommend Accurate Movers!
