I had an emergency repair and requested a service here and Alex called back and once I shared pictures he quoted a price and we agreed on a date/time.
and boy was he on time!
He came and had a look and actually said the work was smaller than he had thought and gave me a discount even before he started - that's something you don't see much now.
He did the job in no time and I also asked him to clean by gutters at an additional cost of course where then checked the down spouts and cleaned them as well..
He also told me he'll redo anything for free if anything goes wrong within 1 year...
Am I happy and satisfied with his approach, attitude and work ? totally!
Would I recommend him to anyone? absolutely!

We heard dripping in our bedroom during rainstorm (9:45 PM). Alex responded that evening (10 PM) and came by the next morning (9 AM) to fix. He Identified and fixed four likely sources of the leak. He was so professional and helpful that we then hired him to install eavestrough covers which will be done in the next few days. He also cleaned out our eavestrough as a courtesy and saved us $120 as we were able to cancel our upcoming cleaning.
He is the best. We are now customers for life!

Alex answered my emergency call for a repair from racoons damages to my roof - around 10 places, from which 2 very big areas. He showed up right at the time we decided. We had agreed to the price of the job by using my shingles. But they were too old and Alex used his without increasing the price. He worked fast and did a great job. He also cleaned the job place nicely. He is a very nice, friendly and competent roofer whom I strongly recommend. Thank you, Alex!

Alex came the same day we put in a request, and did the repair which required shopping for new vents within a few hours. No appointment, no waiting, huge satisfaction. He is very professional, explained everything clearly with photos and even worked with his able partner in the dark on our roof in the middle of winter. So far very happy.

Aleksander repaired a section of our roof which had been damaged by someone claiming to represent a roofing company. He was very straightforward in assessing the condition of the roof and did an excellent job of repairing the damaged area.

I needed to have my gutters looked at, I could tell some squirrels had been using my gutters for food storage but because of where the issues were I didn't have the confidence to do it myself, so I put the call out that I needed help, and Alex from Toronto Roofers helped me quickly repair the issue ensuring this wouldn't happen again. While he was fixing my problem he noticed that my front porch did not have the guards so he offered to do that and I added that he should do the garage as well. All this was done in less than a week of putting out the call so I am very happy with the results, I should not have to worry about this again for a while!

Alex is one of the most impressive roofers we have had the pleasure of working with. Quick to respond, same day service, free inspection and very reasonable cost for repairs we needed. I was expecting everything to take longer or cost far more and Alex was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend and will be contacting Alex again if we have roofing needs.
