I had an outstanding experience with Alex and his teammate. They provided much-needed assurance and went above and beyond to address our urgent roofing issue. They arrived in the morning to temporarily fix our leaky roof before the next rainfall, which was incredibly appreciated.

In addition to replacing the missing shingles and installing ice & water protection, they also conducted a thorough inspection of the rest of the roof. During this inspection, they identified a structural issue in another part of the roof that requires further attention. Alex suggested scheduling an attic inspection in a few days to fully assess the situation and provide a quote for the necessary work.

Furthermore, Alex took precise measurements of the roof to provide us with an accurate quote for the replacement. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach to addressing potential issues left us thoroughly impressed. Alex and David did a great job removing the paint on our Copper roof and polishing it. They are hard workers who go above and beyond for their customers.

The eavestrough along one side of my house was over the property line by 3.5 inches after a renovation and I was required to remedy the situation. The houses are quite close together. The solution was not obvious and required some thought, creativity and hard work.

Alex, of Toronto Roofers, is a rare find. He was the only person I reached out to who brought a ladder, went up onto the roof (3 floors up) and took a look. He said the roof was perfect and it was too bad that I had to do anything. It took a bit of time but Alex, with the help of the architect came up with the solution of removing the eavestrough, using a combination of eavestroughs on the gable/dormer and rain diverters on each side, plus a heated cable.

I am a huge fan of Alex. He was honest, creative and fair. His dedication and focus on seeing the job through to the finish despite complex challenges is outstanding. It felt good to have an ally who really wanted to be of service. I highly recommend him and his team.
