I had an emergency repair and requested a service here and Alex called back and once I shared pictures he quoted a price and we agreed on a date/time. and boy was he on time! He came and had a look and actually said the work was smaller than he had thought and gave me a discount even before he started - that's something you don't see much now. He did the job in no time and I also asked him to clean by gutters at an additional cost of course where then checked the down spouts and cleaned them as well.. He also told me he'll redo anything for free if anything goes wrong within 1 year... Am I happy and satisfied with his approach, attitude and work ? totally! Would I recommend him to anyone? absolutely!
