I called Alex and spoke with him regarding my roof issue. He came by the house and took a look at the roof. He patiently explained everything to me and showed me the issues with my roof. He adheres to the building code, which is very important, no cutting corners. I want the job done properly. He gave me options. We made an agreement. He followed through as agreed.
