Gen Home Roofing

Initially, Gen Home (and Nat, the owner) was fantastic: very responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. The team onsite who did the work was also great. They were professional, friendly and efficient.

The work that was completed was very good. Unfortunately though the job was never finished and eventually abandoned. Eaves troughs and downspouts were never installed. Flashing and repairs to the fence (which was removed and reinstalled) were never completed.

After multiple calls and emails over many months, and an initial commitment to return to finish the job, they stopped responding.

I'm not sure if they're still in business? This also unfortunately impacts the 10-year warranty on the roof. I have now had to get someone else to finish the work.

They were quick to respond and did the job well, couldnt have asked for better!

Amazing and excellent service, not to mention how professional and detailed the quote was. The guys were at my home the next day, thankfully saved my roof. It was a pleasure to work with knowledgeable folks. Thank you for everything and I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know. Five stars all the way.

Nat came when he said he would and charged what he quoted. There were no surprises. He's a straight shooter and very courteous. He kept me informed of his progress before and during the job. I would use him again and certainly recommend him to others.

The Gen Home Roofing guys know their stuff and wanted to do the job right, do it promptly and also work safely. We had a complex leak despite having a new roof. They communicated their approach, got the necessary materials quickly and finished before our seasons changed. The pricing was reasonable with no surprises. All round good guys to work with and I learned a few things too.

They responded immediately to my service request and gave me a good price to get the job done. They gave me a before and after video of the job and a warranty.
Would recommend to everyone.

I had an emergency leak and they arrived within the hour mind your it was a Saturday very impressive. They replaced and fixed a portion of the roof and the leak is gone.
