JS in Downtown Toronto

Initially, Gen Home (and Nat, the owner) was fantastic: very responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. The team onsite who did the work was also great. They were professional, friendly and efficient. The work that was completed was very good. Unfortunately though the job was never finished and eventually abandoned. Eaves troughs and downspouts were never installed. Flashing and repairs to the fence (which was removed and reinstalled) were never completed. After multiple calls and emails over many months, and an initial commitment to return to finish the job, they stopped responding. I'm not sure if they're still in business? This also unfortunately impacts the 10-year warranty on the roof. I have now had to get someone else to finish the work.

I have worked with Ken and Fardid of BKDP on numerous occaisions over the past 3 years and have been completely satisfied with the results. They are a highly capable, well organized, creative and professional team that I would recommend to anyone looking at major renovations in their home.
