We were very happy with the whole process and outcome. The salesman was ontime and the quote was very professional. Delivery timing was close to his estimate. Installation timing was well managed. The two men finished the job in same day and it was well done. For perspective this job was not simple. It involved 5 basement windows that were below grade and hard to access. The prior windows were over 40yrs old. The one main floor window was also well measured to fit the prior opening and not damaging the new molding around the window. Pricing was very fair.

A friend of mine referred me to Arctic Vinyl and I was very satisfied with their work. Their rep and contractors were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Kevin walked us through various options, answered all of our questions throughout the process, and followed up after the installation. Alex was communicative and responsive with our questions and kept us up to date with the install date. Mikhail and his team of contractors were pros, friendly and professional with their installs. I just wanted to come on here and give an honest review for Arctic Vinyl for taking care of our window installation. We were in need of getting our 25+ year old windows replaced and saw a neighbours lawn sign and it came with high recommendations from our neighbours so we reached out and Kevin arranged a date to meet us at home to go over options and details. Id like to add we did get a second quote from another company but Arctic Vinyl came out on top due to pricing (a little more) but the quality of the product and level of customer service was what made us chose Arctic Vinyl. The process was relatively straight forward, the job was done really clean and within an 8 hr day. the gentlemen who came were a father son team and did a great job, we had no complaints and they were willing to fix anything if you had any issues.
