Arctic Vinyl Windows & Doors

Replaced some pretty old windows. Installers took a extra care and prepped for issues prior to starting. Went very smoothly. They put down drop sheets to try and keep the mess to a minimum on a very dirty job. Well done! Would definitely recommend Arctic.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced by Arctic Vinyl. We thoroughly vetted contractors, including big-name companies in the windows industry. However, we ended up choosing AV. Kevin, one of the owners, met with us and presented their products. Although the installation was done in January, in the middle of winter, it went very smoothly. The installers, Riza and his men, were fast and efficient. Overall, we are happy with the product and service.

Kevin was professional and he spend good amount of time with us to explain the product we decided to purchased and the whole process of the job. He also showed up every day while installers were working and made sure we are happy with the service, I strongly recommend Arctic Vinyl, they are professional, responsive also their prices are reasonable.

When I decided to replace my windows and front door, I interviewed at least 6 different companies. While Arctic was not the cheapest (or the most expensive by a long shot) a good part of rationale for selecting them was the way I was treated during the onsite sales visit. Unlike other companies, they spent a LOT of time explaining to me the different types of windows, pros & cons of each, the installation etc. Unlike others that I interviewed I was never made to feel foolish for not knowing these things nor did they ever ask for "the man of the house" as it which point they would have been escorted to the door as I did with more than 1 company!!
I have not regretted my decision for a single minute! Through out the process I was kept informed of activities and timelines. Installers were very pleasant and not a scrap of garbage was left behind!
I have had 2 very, very minor issues since with hardware (not the windows themselves) and both occasions within 24hrs of sending an email with the issue, someone was onsite to fix with no issues or cost to me. They even gave me a gift card to replace some plants that were damaged as a result of one of the issues - so much more than I ever would have expected.
To say I am pleased with my decision to use Arctic is an understatement and would highly recommend them without hesitation!

Excellent experience, 3 workers came at 9:00 am and worked straight to 7:30 pm removing the old windows and installing the new windows with free aluminum framing, meticulous and careful, reviewed the window operation of each window, worked on the window installation upon it was perfectly level and free sliding, cleaned up any waste and took it with them. I would not hesitate to recommend this service and I already have to friends and family. Always courteous and polite. Worked until the job was complete

I live in a condo and my sliding door needed to be repaired. They came the next day for an inspection and was recommending replacement as it was 40yrs old. It was fast, easy and smooth service. Very efficient and friendly. I will welcome them back every time. Thank you for your service.

I needed to replace 2 windows and a patio door. I called a bunch of companies for quotes. Some wouldn't come out - instead asked me to measure and send to them to quote?

Almost all were quoting 4+ months to produce.

Artic Vinyl was recommended by a neighbour and they replaced all of the windows in our home. Their price, service and quality of the product were outstanding. The company was very responsive to any questions that we may have had. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Our house is about 20+ years old, and I had changed the first 10 windows in 2017 during the first green home program, and I didnt want to change all at one time as not sure about the windows quality, and I was glad I did that way, the workmanship is horrible, basically the installers were a group of temporary workers that had no skills, the trim were pasted with some compound that even now we cant sand and print it properly, then the 2nd company for the two bedrooms and dining room windows change, the installation quality was good however the windows quality was bad, we had a leaking situation weeks after the installation. Learning from the previous experiences, I had very carefully choose the window company for the remaining windows this time, after gone through some quotes and recommendations, I picked Arctic vinyl Windows this time, Mike is very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions, changes and updates, and followed up for the issues I found during the installation. The windows quality so far looking good and workmanship also good, except one minor issue that our basement windows had a thick wall, and may caused some difficulties for the installation, and the metal trim was a bit damaged, but should be easy fix by our own, overall we are happy with the service and quality.

We recently hired Arctic Vinyl to install a new patio door to replace an existing leaky one after some research in discussion forums. From start to completion, Mike Nolet and his installation team provided professional and excellent customer service. Mike guided us to choose the right product in his showroom and he was extremely responsive to all our questions. The two person installation team was polite, tidy and on time. It took an afternoon to complete the installation and the team cleaned up all work areas well. The new door looked nice and performed well and we considered the price paid was reasonable and fair. Last but not least, Mike gave us a post-project visit to make sure all things were operated smooth. We have no reservation to recommend this company.
