after removing some of the accesses points in the duct system, it was obvious that the house needs duct cleaning,
It was done professionally, within the time estimate, all tools ware remove back to the truck ,over all good job.

Bisram air was very professional and friendly. I needed my vent & duct cleaned at very short notice. He arrived at the service location super early, earlier than myself. He understood the details of what he had to do. He noticed the furnace needed cleaning, he cleaned it. Bisram arrived on time and knows his stuff when it comes cleaning air ducts and dryer vents. They were cleaned.
On the downside, he was careless when handling tools and the furniture. He tossed around large vacuum duct around when he's done; he threw tools directly on hardwood floor; he dragged around serrated ducts around the house and up and down stairs, scrapping drywall off the walls.
He provided no apology nor compensation for the damage.
