Ducts and Dryer cleaned, but no attention to detail

Bisram arrived on time and knows his stuff when it comes cleaning air ducts and dryer vents. They were cleaned.
On the downside, he was careless when handling tools and the furniture. He tossed around large vacuum duct around when he's done; he threw tools directly on hardwood floor; he dragged around serrated ducts around the house and up and down stairs, scrapping drywall off the walls.
He provided no apology nor compensation for the damage.
