I moved into a new home and my son started complaining about his allergies more than normal. I had a feeling the ducts needed to be cleaned and I searched HomeStars for someone to hire. Lloyd did a fantastic job. He works with a number of long-time customers with allergies so he was very knowledgeable and provided helpful recommendations on what we can do to keep the dust levels down in our home. Hired PROCEVIC DUCT AND DRYER VENT CLEANING to clean the ducts after renovation. Huge amount of dust and other debris in all ducts. Lloyd call one hour before arrival and started to work immediately. Very nice and polite gut, explained every step of the process. Hard work for almost 3 hours! He also cleaned furness motor and inside parts.
During the work I recognized, that he also make chimney cleaning and asked him to do it. He added it to the work scope and cleaned the chimney as well.
Price for all work was competitive and fair.

Lloyd went above and beyond to thoroughly clean our ducts. He did not try to rush us at all and took his time. He even provided advice on how we can keep our ducts clean as we renovate our home and made suggestions on where to strategical put access panels for future cleanings once the drywall is fitted.
