I had called another service/repair company some months ago, maybe 6 months. Their tech came out, told me he needed parts, couldn't get them, I should buy a new washer. I kept using it, the cycles didn't always finish, sometimes the laundry would wrap around the agitator and the cycle would quit. I phoned your company last Monday, was told repair tech would be out that afternoon (nice quick service!). That occurred, Vadim diagnosed, said he needed to get parts, he would order them and he would return in ~5 days to do the repair. He called me on Friday (not even 5 days later), said he had the parts and would be here that afternoon to do the repair. He did the repair, but after he left, the washer again wound the laundry around the agitator and didn't complete the cycle. He came back again today when I had tried another load, this one wrapped again around the agitator, he did more adjustments and stayed through the cycle, which worked fine. Very conscientious, want to do a good job and make the customer happy with the results.
