Charged for a job that didn't address the issue, would not meet me to review what was done, and stopped responding to my emails and texts.... Poor service and unacceptable to even call them a business

This company is not to be trusted. Do not call them whatever you do. Man came to change my lock. Charged me $600 for a $60 lock. Less than a month later key got stuck in the keyhole and entire lock was wobbly. Terrible service.
Invoice isnt legit either. No phone number or company name.

DO NOT USE. This company charged us DOUBLE what the quoted us. There were no surprises or unexpected circumstances; they could not explain the justification behind this charge. They simply and wholly took advantage of people in a vulnerable position. They are untrustworthy, rude, and sleazy. NEVER USE. NEVER let you friends, family, or community members be taken advantage of these sleazy "business" owners. Absolutely disgusting.

The guy came and gave me a verbal quote of 100.00 per lock plus service call fee. When the work was done price was double and he denied what he had told me. What do I do??? The locks are already in.
I will say he knew what he was doing-the locks were installed quickly but thats the only good thing I will say about this outfit.

Installed new bolt lock on front door in July. Key was stuck Sept.7. Called Yves - said someone would be there in 5-10 min. Never came - Yves insinuated that I had damaged the lock - was almost rude. Had to call another locksmith to install new bolt lock. Cost me another $700.00.
This company is not a reliable one.

Over the phone he gave me a quote of $200 to remove and replace a broken lock on a storage unit door. It took 20 minutes start to finish. He then increased the price to $300 when it was time to pay. He installed a lock that did not even cover the old lock (cheap interior household lock not a commercial grade lock) so it could be opened by simply accessing the tumblers with a piece of wire. It has to be replace. FYI - They have terrible reviews on Yelp and BBB.
