Request for service though Home Stars was asked promptly and repairs to older GE washer done same day. Service was courteous and professional. Would hire again.

I had a problem with low temperature in my cloths dryer. The service man replied very quickly to my request on Homestars. He ascertained the most likely cause over the phone and located parts for an obsolete dryer. He showed up as promised, He determined that no parts were faulty and that it was a high temperature trip out, most likely caused by blockage in the outside vent. No parts were required and thus my cost was minimized

Great work, showed up quickly and repaired when the part for the older Maytag Washing machine arrived. Service was Fast, effective and courteous. Even did the work on a Saturday evening. I would hire again.
