The worst HVAC company I have ever seen!
No management at all!!!
I got the 2 maintenance agreement and in the both they reschedule my appointments 3 times.
Miscommunications in the company is obvious.
Their technicians don't have enough knowledge in their work.
They just want to wrap up everything without solving the problem.
Don't trust them and waste your money!
Not recommended at all.

My HVAC unit wasn't cooling, smack in the middle of the recent BC heat wave. One one of friends referred Premium Comfort . They were courteous, on-time and filled with knowledge to share. They diagnosed the issue immediately with my HVAC. He didn't cut corners like most HVAC contractors that rack up insane fees. In the end not only did they do a good job but followed up with 3 follow-up phone calls which is a rarity these days.

Dario, along with his installation team did a great job and answered
all our questions re the new products we purchased. They are excellent with following up to ensure our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company and their employees.

Great service done very fast and very well. My neighbors commented they'd never seen so many trucks and people on one job. Because of this the job was done in record time. Even though it was fast, it was done well with consideration for our family.

This was our second install by Premium Home. Punctual, professional, conscientious. Our plumber Chase was excellent at his job. Experienced and hard working. Excellent job. Good product.
