Window Renovation

The entire process was stress free. From the initial on site assessment to the install, it was smooth. There was a small delay for the factory to make our custom glass, but New Town kept us up to date with the progress and then called right away to book the install once they had our glass. The fellow who did the install was very professional. He was diligent to keep the dust to a minimum and completed the install very quickly. We are very impressed with the quality of the glass/frame/mechanisms and the professional workmanship for the install. We are now having New Town come back to assess a much larger window renovation and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for window renovations and installations. Jeff and Maxine

Got new triple pane windows installed in our home on March 2021.
New Town Glass did an excellent job i. Very professional service, installation and clean up.
Cooling in better after the hot summer here in Okanagan and noticed the quietness in our house.
We recommend New Town Glass.
