We were very happy with First Responders Appliance repair. He came out and looked at our dishwasher, quickly located the issue and researched the costs. He got back with us with the information and offered up alternatives and suggestions .

Incredible service, such a nice guy and on time. Was constantly updating me on the shipping process of the part I needed and extremely respectful within my home! cleaned up any mess and left it perfect. I highly recommend him. This is def my new fridge guy.

My Washing mechine was not Working, so i called First responders appliances. For $185 they came out and diagnosed the issue within minutes.Thank you, You guys are amazing!!!!

I had a very positive experience with First Responders Appliances Service. technician were professional, courteous, and provided very good service. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Very bad service. The technician was very rude when asked him questions. He said the lock needs to be changed. He took the money to buy the door lock but still not fixed. Then he said the drain need to be changed. He promised to call next day for another appointment but never called or show up.he left the machine open into pieces and left without completing his work. (See Picture) Unprofessional. This is the worst company. Not recommended.

Came out to look at our dishwasher, said the whole thing needed to be replaced and was rude when we asked questions. We decided to get a second opinion and turned out a $12 part just needed replacing. First Responders was rude and damaged our kitchen - they say satisfaction guaranteed on their website but so far manager has not called us back to discuss - service team is no help either. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend.

Recently there was some issue with our washing machine, some buttons stopped working and there was a noticeable noise when switched on the machine. We called this company and they sent over a technician the next day. He checked and fixed everything in under 30 minutes. Great service, quick response times. Surely recommend their service!
