On a very hot May Day my 16 year old air conditioner broke down, due to bad unrepairable coil. This is Friday before Victoria Day long weekend. 6pm I called Jenny, she arranged for a replacement unit of my choice and schedule a tech. She kept me inform of as tech left his first job and arrived the same evening as promised. Sam and his helper worked diligently and with a smile. They completed the job in couple of hours and had me test the air vents as the cool air started to flow in. By 9:30 i am already enjoying my super in the comfort of my home.
