I googled for home inspection services in Markham and came across Ambi Corp Inspections . I called Rob and he provided a quote after understanding my needs over the phone. Rob accommodated my request for the same day inspection. He charged a very reasonable fee. Rob arrived on time, completed a thorough inspection of the condo unit. Identified a couple of Health and Safety issues, provided photos and a complete report to back his findings. I was extremely satisfied with Robs professionalism, thorough inspection and reasonable fee. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking to get a home /condo inspection.

On a very hot May Day my 16 year old air conditioner broke down, due to bad unrepairable coil. This is Friday before Victoria Day long weekend. 6pm I called Jenny, she arranged for a replacement unit of my choice and schedule a tech. She kept me inform of as tech left his first job and arrived the same evening as promised. Sam and his helper worked diligently and with a smile. They completed the job in couple of hours and had me test the air vents as the cool air started to flow in. By 9:30 i am already enjoying my super in the comfort of my home. I recommend AirKing for friendly, fast, professional service. I will be contacting them in near future to replace my hot water tank. Syed Ali Rizvi
