Absolutely thrilled with our new AC and furnace. They worked fast and efficiently which we appreciated because it's hot out and we were without AC as soon as we moved in. Quoted an excellent price, answered all our questions as the job was being completed. The techs were knowledgable, professional and friendly. (My dog absolutely loves them as well). Definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

There's nothing like your central air kicking the bucket during the hottest week of the summer! We were so thankful Hudson was able to fit us in and get us "cool" again!! Our furnace and A/C was over 20 years old so it all had to be done. From start to finish, Hudson was very professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

We called them as we have altered our kitchen and need the services hooked up. At the same time we replaced our fixtures in our on-suite. They found an issue that caused our kitchen sink to drain slowly before the renovation. All fixed and working great.

Most recently Hudson installed a central air conditioning system. They have done several plumbing jobs for us before. All private residential work on our family home. I highly recommend them. Courteous, prompt, and professional. Well-developed communications practices with text alerts for appointments and arrival times, email contact for questions, human-centric phone availability, and many other features. My experience has been excellent.

Travis and Jarek arrived for a follow-up visit because my older Navien CR 240A was having problems with leaking.

They arrived ahead of schedule due to a cancellation - my lucky day. Once again the leak was a result of O-ring failure so not only did they replace the damaged ring but they did some preventative O-ring replacements which I truly appreciated.

Ryan has been extremely understanding with the call backs my system has required. Jesse is the first contact most customers will have with Hudsons and she is great! And finally there is the technical team which are folks like Mike H, Jarek who is an apprentice with Travis who couldnt be better. I know more about my Navien just from listening to Travis share his years of experience with Jarek.
Once again thank you to the entire Hudsons Group team for all your help and always going above and beyond.

Mike H was great. He arrived on time; was very polite and efficient. He located the problem with my Navien CR 240A tankless hot water system very quickly (- corroded Thermistor).

I am looking forward to hearing back from Hudson Service Group later today with their return date once a replacement part has been located.

On all fronts Hudson's representative, Mike H, was 5 out of 5 on all fronts.

We contacted Hudson Service Group to assess the condition of our furnace. After a thorough evaluation, it was recommended to replace our old furnace with a York Furnace.

Ryan, general manager of Hudson educated us with
different types of York Furnaces and after some discussions, it was decided to get a Premium York unit. We are so happy with the work Travis and Mike completed in installing our brand new York Furnace.

Now we enjoy such a quiet and efficient furnace. We will not hesitate to recommend Hudson Service Group to people we know. Once again, thank you Ryan, Travis and Mike for a work well done.
