$350.00 later he was trying to order parts I didn't need and did not fix the leak. Phoned to say the parts were discontinued.

Alex was amazing, and was able to order a part and schedule a repair visit almost right away. He arrived on time, did a great job fixing our dryer and was thorough and still finished up in no time. He is genuinely a nice person and a total pleasure to work with. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Our dishwasher was leaking, so we were looking to get it fixed.

Their tech came in, charged us 330 cad and said he fixed the issue. 2 days later it started to leak again. They told us we need to replace the part, and it will cost another 416 cad. We agreed to that, but even after replacement, the problem was not fixed. The tech came in 3d time and was reassuring us that the machine is fixed, but unfortunately a week later it was not working again. Now they are telling us we need to pay 380 cad to replace another part that was never even mentioned before!

We wasted one month, 750 cad and end up with broken dishwasher before Christmas!

Dishonest company!

My fridge stopped cooling and they were able to send somebody as quickly as possible. Not only did they repair the fridge properly and quickly, but we had an issue with our dishwasher and they were able to look at it and fix it for no extra charge. For the fridge, they didn't try and upsell me, they tried the cheapest repair first, and it worked. I 100% recommend the Appliance repair crew.

My dryer broke on September 1st and I sent out a service request on Google. They emailed me at 8 am morning to have me call them to set up a time for the repair. Technicians came 30 min after I called them the next day and quickly identified the issue. They had the part needed in their truck and had the dryer working again in no time. They were upfront about the cost and did not charge a premium for the holiday. I am very impressed and grateful for the quick and professional service and would call for their service immediately for any future appliance issues

I have an older Sears Kenmore HE dryer that was not turning on and no parts left available for this machine. Meet was able to get it up and running again. Meet is very professional and honest. Have recommended him to other family members and friends.
