Couple days back my fridge broke down at night, suddenly stopped cooling. Me and my husband were stressed. Started searching for repair companies and found Appliance Repair Crew with positive reviews and called them. They showed up next morning, serviced my fridge and fixed it in less than an hour.
I am so glad such company is out there during this pandemic Helping people must recommend.

Inexperienced people. Takes any work, knowing that they will not be able to repair. I have given all details of my microwave which is not working. They had to check parts available or not. Anybody can find that by Google and for experienced technician it's not an issue to understand what can be the problem even before coming to site. Dishonest service, looking for the service charge only, without taking care of customers interest. Careful, you are pay them for nothing. They simply take their charge, send you text, parts not available. When asked, they answer parts not available, is it my problem? I don't recommend to call these people for any repair work.

My elderly parents hired this company to repair their 20 year old Miele dishwasher in March 2020. DAS charged them $225 to check the main board, watering system and electric circuit, then recommended a new circulation motor at $678. DAS brought the wrong motor leaving the dishwasher unusable just before the pandemic lockdown occurred, though they promised to be back when allowed to do so. They returned the 3rd week of May with the correct motor however the dishwasher still does not work and DAS have now advised a new control panel is required at $300 to $500 above the $1000 my parents have already paid them. We suspect they replaced the motor when not required and the original technician did not perform a proper service.DAS should have recommended the purchase of a new dishwasher. My parents have mobility issues, finding it very hard to manually wash dishes and are still without a dishwasher. DAS has not returned their calls. The treatment of my elderly parents by this company is disgusting and I would avoid using DAS for any services.

They sent technician who said I need compressor repaired. They said they will send me invoice by email so I can make a claim with fridge company which LG. I am still waiting for the email after 2 days and nothing has come yet. Without a fridge and repair appointment because of this. Now they are not even picking up the phone

I hired Dynamic to fix my refrigerator end of Nov 2019. They charged me $363.00 assuring me they knew why water was building up in freezer.
I was away for a number of months after the fix
and came back in March to the same problem. Due to Covid-19 I did not call right away. But on April 8th I wrote them and they came back and asked for my address. After that I heard nothing. I wrote them April 13, no response. I wrote April 21 no response. So I called them and was told they only guarantee their work 1 month!!! They would discuss it with the manager and get back to me. May 3rd , still no response.
This was not an insignificant charge yet they are ignoring me.

I had a technician come out to assess the issue with my fridge I indicated I thought it might be the compressor and if it was I would not invest that kind of money in the fridge. I was told it was the memory board at a cost of approx $900 for parts and labour. I decided to go with the repair and was told it was a special order part so I'd have to wait 10 business days. I said are you sure it is Christmas and may be delayed and I was assured it would be in within the 10 business days, it was not it came after 15 business days. They put the memory board in and my fridge was still not working properly. The sent out the technician a second time and this time he happened to have a memory board in his truck (my old one is what I believe it was) and installed a second "new" memory board, which surprise did not fix the issue. They then sent out 2 technicians and told me it had to be the compressor. I'd like to clarify at no point have they checked or tested the compressor and just said it sounded fine. For an additional charge of $1,300 plus labour I could have this replaced. I said for the cost of both repairs I could have bought a replacement fridge. At this point the technician called his "Manager" and then called me back to say they would give me $200 off the compressor. I told him what he could do with the compressor and the "discount". I am appalled that the Manager did not have the decency to call me directly. I am appalled that Homestars allows this company to remain on their site. I believe this company is a sham, the take people to the cleaners and have no clue what they are doing because at no point did the technician take out any tools to test my compressor. I believe any positive reviews you find on here or anywhere about this company must have been posted by friends and family as I was taken to the cleaners spent $900 when I should have invested it in a new fridge. I will never make that mistake again.

My fridge had stopped cooling and all my food started to spoil! I got a call from dynamic appliance solutions and they were at my location within two hours. They were quick and were able to repair my appliance. Will use again the future!

I have called dynamic appliances solutions to fix my samsung refrigerator which has not got fixed by technician of samsung company
He said we need to change the refrigerator
But dynamic appliances solutions found the problem in first visit and changed the parts was needed
My refrigerator works perfectly as new
