Adrian came to fix a broken dishwasher after we had a reno. He was honest, had crystal clear communication. He went above and beyond to find the problem and was actually trying to save us money. He looked for the most cost effective solution. We will use him again for any repairs in the future.

After reading several reviews i decided to call Adrian. He was on time explained the problem of a residue remaining on dark clothes after wash. He showed me what the issue was and advised how to resolve it. He was professional efficient and friendly. He also offered useful tips on other appliances which I am so grateful for. Too bad he only looks after appliances!

Adrian was quick to respond and visit. I appreciate that he gave me an honest opinion on the quality of parts available on the Internet. We can tell he cares about his work because he vacuumed the back of the appliance so that we don't damage the working parts, and taught us how to maintain the appliance in good working order. We have been undergoing a number of renovations in our basement and dining room. These have involved the re-routing of some heating ducts, waterline re-routing from basement to second storey and AC line re-routing. It was great being able to have all of this work coordinated through Adrian. I will continue to use on future projects.

Wow Adrian is the real deal! I have not used HomeStars that much, so I was a little apprehensive to rely on the site, but after reading the reviews for Adrian, I decided to give him a try. He is incredibly responsive, flexible, and professional. He came to replace a washer and was able to take the old one away. At one point of the installation, we realized that he needed another part and was able to go to the local HomeDepot to get it right away. He even gave me the heads up about a slight leak underneath my kitchen faucet that I wasn’t aware of. It’s so hard to find good service people. I’m definitely keeping Adrian’s name for future work. I can whole heartedly recommend his quality and professional work.

I posted a need for a washing machine repair on Home Stars. Adrian from TEK responded promptly and was able to come the next day. He fixed the washer and balanced it as a bonus. Then he looked at my Bosch range with the faulty hinges, took pics of the model info and got back to me in a few days regarding replacing the oven door (Bosch does not offer replacement hinges). He came by and replaced the door, which was a challenge, as the door was supplied in pieces. This young man is very focused on customer satisfaction, responds quickly and does not overcharge. He is also very observant of COVID protocols. I was very pleased and do not hesitate to recommend him highly.

I needed someone to fix one of the burners in my electric stove. I contacted Adrian on Jan 1 through homestars and he replied within few seconds confirming he could come the day after. When he arrived he noticed a piece needed to be replaced. He went to buy it and came back immediately. He fixed the issue within the same day. He was very professional and offered a very reasonable rate for labour AND missing part. I will hire him again and recommend to my family and friends.
