We used Juan & Movers to move our family into our new townhouse which is divided onto 4-levels. Given the number of stairs (no elevators!), the narrow halls, and the 30+ degree temperatures of the day, the team worked efficiently and carefully - especially with our over-sized items. This is the third time we have worked with Juan & Movers and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the team. The guys were transparent about the time and effort it would take to move items and kept us posted on the timeline (and resultant cost). Another successful move and happy clients! :)

The most reliable and friendly moving service we have worked with. They are efficient and careful. Everything was handled with utmost care, wrapped and moved as best as possible. Philippe and Alexis were amazing from start to finish.

Juan & Movers were communicating very clearly and helped me provide them the best information possible to make sure I received the most accurate quote. My timeline was quite tight but they managed to make time at the start of May. They were patient & was experienced with moving a 1 bedroom & some living room furniture from a detached home uptown Toronto into a 1bdr condo downtown.

On moving day, they came exactly on time and moved very quickly, so fast that we finished a little earlier than anticipated.

During transit, they had experienced some traffic and was clear with letting me know they were going to be delayed and approximate arrival times. A previous tenant was blocking the loading bay at the destination that resulted in a longer wait, but with our communications they were patient and understanding.

The move took about 4 hours from 9:30am to 1:30pm. They reviewed everything with me after finishing the move and let me do an inventory check before they left. Unfortunately I only noticed after the fact that a bed frame incurred some damage during the move, but it is minor enough that it does not take away from their professional attitudes and quick work. I would recommend them again for their work. Their customer service was great and followed up with me a week or two afterwards.

Already work with Juan and Movers 4 times since I move from Toronto to Cambridge mom and friend, excellent team at very reliable price, they was on the location on time and their team was taking care of all my furniture and boxes with extremely caution. I recommend Juan and Team 100% and for sure I will call them again on the furure.

I highly recommend Juan & Movers services. They showed up right on time, took care of all my belongings and in general the whole team was very courteous and friendly. In addition to that, they charged me a very reasonable price with no "surprise fees".
