it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Allen at Unique Potlights. I had my popcorn ceilings done and Ceiling Pro had recommended Unique Potlights, and Im glad they did. Allen and his hard working assistant, Harly worked hard to get all 32 pot lights ( 12 of them in my 17ft ceilings) installed the day before my popcorn ceilings were done. Allen even followed up a few days after to make sure all was good once the popcorn ceilings were done and the pots were popped back in. I would absolutely recommend Unique Potlight to anyone considering having new potlights installed. Great work Allen and Harley!

Popcorn ceiling removal is definitely one of those decisions that cause you to hesitate, I did...on several occasions. I had heard several horror stories about the incredible mess, potential damage and high cost. Was it worth it? After a long search and many quotes for my home which included 17 ft. ceilings, I finally decided on Ceiling Champions...based on reviews i had read. It was the absolute right choice. Peter was an absolute professional. He was straight up on pricing...no surprises and honest about potential additional costs. Peter was always first on the job at 6:50am every morning, had his large team working with military precision and were in and out in 2.5 days. Quite the accomplishment considering scaffolding was required for high ceilings and over 900+ sqft of popcorn I had removed. Peter's team, including Nick were an absolute pleasure to deal with and Nick made sure everything was absolutely spotless after the project was finished. They absolutely left my house as clean as it was before they started! And the results? well worth it. My house looks like a brand new home! What a transformation, and well worth the money. Its great to find a contractor in this day and age that's still focused on quality of work, and customer satisfaction as opposed to just making a quick buck! Trust me. A kitchen renovation is a major undertaking and if you're as picky as I am, it can be very difficult to choose from the many suppliers and contractors for the job. If you're still searching for one. STOP. SKY Kitchens is the one to choose. After meeting with a few possible Kitchen companies, I met with Binder at Sky Kitchens. I was immediately impressed. Binder did a phenomenal job with the suggested layouts and 3D walkthrough designs. He was very patient with the numerous changes and questions I had throughout the process. The suggested contractor Binder provided, Modern Design (Roger and Moh) worked seamlessly with the SKY Kitchens installers and did an incredible job. The SKY Kitchens installers were neat, courteous, and absolute professionals addressing all concerns in a timely manner and ensuring I was pleased at every step of the install. Customer Service as a whole, was phenomenal. Poonam, the Office Administrator was super patient despite my numerous phone calls and questions. I could not be happier with the finished product. The kitchen is absolutely perfect, and the team at SKY Kitchens made sure that every last concern I had was addressed before the job was complete. Many thanks to Binder and team for a job well done!

I previously posted a review for Rade and his company Paint Core based on the original resurfacing of my kitchen cabinets. The work was phenomenal and my wife and I were supper pleased. A few years later, some of the paint had worn away. I contacted Rade and Aimee, and they assured me they would address the issue. Rade came by, looked at the doors and agreed the paint shouldn't have faded. Aimee and Rade rushed to get my doors redone before the xmas holidays. End result was awesome! I can't say enough about the quality of work and their focus on doing the right thing! Rare to find in most contractors! Thank you Rade and Aimee! I spent alot of time researching the various approaches to converting carpeted stairs to hardwood as different contractors have different solutions. Believe me all processes are the same. Further I had over 6 contractors quote and explain their approach. I'm a very picky consumer and I considered the stairway of our home as the center piece so I absolutely did not want to make a mistake with my choice. After meeting with Matt from stairs2u I felt confident that I'd found the right contractor for the job. Matts attention to detail and his discussed approach made it clear that he was a craftsman and understood exactly how the project should be handled. Matt and his partner ted impressed from beginning to end of the project. They are absolute perfectionists and leave no detail missed. It was an absolute pleasure to work with both of them, and we could not be happy with the finished product. It is absolutely the showpiece we were hoping for. It is very rare in this day and age to see a company that provides this level of quality workmanship comined with exceptional customer service all at a reasonable price. Bob from Apolo was very professional and prompt regarding estimate for work and priced very competitively with one other estimate I received. I did have one other painter who was "baeumler approved" quote more then double Apolo's price. In the end I decided on Apolo because he seemed trustworthy and focused on quality. I was not disappointed! Bob's crew showed up on time every day of the project, were very professional, and the quality was phenomenal. All touch-ups I marked off were promptly addressed and the end result of my project was 100% flawless. I've worked with alot of painters in the past and its very rare that I've seen this level of quality and focus on customer service. I came across Paintcore after considering numerous options to update my kitchen. A custom kitchen was out of the question and re-dooring seemed quite expensive as well. I came across Paintcore and had Rade price my project. The kitchen re-finish was part of a large project to completely update my main floor, stairs etc. Rade was very professional in responsiveness and service. He made recommendations on colors and extra improvements and his crew did an exceptional job of taping off the area and spraying the cabinets. The quality of work was exceptional and our cabinets look like like new. Neighbors and friends have stated the kitchen is a standout in our renovation. Well...well worth the cost! I could not be happier with the quality of work and level of service. I would recommend Rade and Paintcore to anyone considering updating their kitchen.....trust me ..save the money for a new kitchen and have the existing one painted...you will not be disappointed. 10+ on quality of workmanship and customer service! I'm a perfectionist, so I spent a lot of time researching ceramic and hardwood options before finally making a decision to go with Speers Flooring. I had read a number of reviews which all spoke to the professionalism and follow past customers had experienced with Speers, and I found those to be absolutely accurate. From my initial dealings in store, through estimates and final recommendations, Peter was an absolute class act. Never trying to upsell or push the sale, instead Peter provided facts and recommendations for the project. We selected a 20" x 20" tile for the kitchen expertly installed by Brian, and 5" Vintage hand scraped oak expertly installed by Tom. We could not be happier with our flooring selections or the installers. Thanks Peter for a job well done.

I had Frank from CrownCornice install my Crown Molding throughout my home over two years ago, and was very impressed. I did not hesitate to call him in on my latest reno. My new project required replacement of baseboards and stops throughout my home as well as more crown molding in my kitchen. Pricing was very competitive (I sourced over 3 vendors), but more then price, Frank was very responsive with quote, questions etc. and his crew was on time every time as committed. I'm very picky, and although I recognized a few minor flaws, Frank has his crew was onsite within hours to correct it. I can't say enough about Frank's level of professionalism and quality customer service. I will definitely refer CrownCornice to friends and family. Not very often you see this level of quality customer service in the trades anymore...glad to see Franks doing it right. Cheers.
