Our ac/furnace was installed End of July! Enjoying the AC this summer! Sales staff that came to our house to give an estimate was a really great guy! Knowledgeable and patience with our questions. Price was competitive lower than most!

The water heater was in operation for the last 7-8 years. Then an issue happened with the ignition and it wouldn't heat. Following a call to Reliance, Ashley and Ishwar from LG Home Comfort came in on the next day. They tried their best to repair the unit but it wasn't still working. So, they went back to fetch a new water heater for me (I was covered by the Home Comfort Rental) and did the installation on the same day, to my great relief. It was a very personalized service and I thank them for their professional and timely attitude.

Rick Coker with LG was great at getting us pricing, answering all of our questions (there were many) and was always prompt at relaying all relevant details. The gentlemen who installed our unit were kind, and quick to get the job done.

Great service right from the sales representative through to the install. Raj was great at explaining to me what systems I required. The install was completed 24 hours after agreeing to contract. Installers were amazing. They explained everything they were going to do and left the house spotless when they left. I highly recommend LG Home Comfort to anyone looking to replace their furnace or AC.

Thank you for the excellence of service provided to me by Zaman and Aaron. These two gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty. At a time for desperation, with nothing but cold water for four days, an appointment was booked for 2:00 p.m. They were extremely busy on the day of my appointment and I understood. They called me throughout the day to reassure me they were still going to provide me with the new hot water heater. I told them I would wait as long as needed and explained that I had no hot water for four days. They came at 10:00 p.m. and if it wasn’t for Covid I would have hugged them. Zaman and Aaron did not complain but apologized for any inconvenience caused. They were exceptional!!! New tank went in, old tank removed, no scratches or scrapes, to give a complete summary, they were professional, they were quick, they were thorough, they were careful with my things and besides my new water heater, no one would ever know they were here.
I am grateful and extend many thankyous to Zaman and Aaron for their dedication and drive, other wise they would not have worked so late into the evening to ensure I had hot water. I am hoping that you recognize they could have booked me for another day and the key is, they did not.
I am thankful for their kindness and drive to help the customer.

So, after 15 years the water heater gives up! Cold shower anyone? Ah - no!
Enter – LG Home Comfort for a same-day replacement booked for 4 PM. They called – we’re stuck in traffic but don’t worry we have your new water heater and we’re coming!
Pressure valve stuck – it pops. It wasn’t pretty (Zaman, sorry about your shirt). No worries – we brought a water pump! It took 2 hours to empty the old unit, but they stayed. Oops – the new unit is smaller, and the pipes don’t fit – not a problem, we’ll re-engineer the pipes. Oh – BTW, your exhaust pipe is the wrong size and below code - hold on – “we’ll fix that”.
11 PM – Zaman and Aaron still here - voila – hot water! You guys were amazing. Thank-you.
