We found ourselves in a bit of a pickle when our furnace decided to pack up in the middle of February. Katie was amazing to deal with on the phone, very supportive and understanding of our dire situation. She facilitated the installation of our new furnace in less than two days. Bobby showed up on time and did a great job with the installation and removal. We encountered a small leak that same night after the installation, they sent a tech around the next morning to come up with a great solution. Needed a new water heater, my water heater was taking up too much space, started leaking and never had enough hot water for everyone in my family. They recommended a tankless water heater. I hadn’t even thought of one of those! It’s small, and I never run out of hot water now! Awesome service!
