June 20, 2021 RE: Zaman and Aaron Thank you for the excellence of service provided to me by Zaman and Aaron. These two gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty. At a time for desperation, with nothing but cold water for four days, an appointment was booked for 2:00 p.m. They were extremely busy on the day of my appointment and I understood. They called me throughout the day to reassure me they were still going to provide me with the new hot water heater. I told them I would wait as long as needed and explained that I had no hot water for four days. They came at 10:00 p.m. and if it wasn’t for Covid I would have hugged them. Zaman and Aaron did not complain but apologized for any inconvenience caused. They were exceptional!!! New tank went in, old tank removed, no scratches or scrapes, to give a complete summary, they were professional, they were quick, they were thorough, they were careful with my things and besides my new water heater, no one would ever know they were here. I am grateful and extend many thankyous to Zaman and Aaron for their dedication and drive, other wise they would not have worked so late into the evening to ensure I had hot water. I am hoping that you recognize they could have booked me for another day and the key is, they did not. I am thankful for their kindness and drive to help the customer. T Dimitroff Thornton ON L0L 2N2
