I was keen to buy but needed a ballpark figure of cost of demolition. He answered right away. Would have used him.

I had a previous demo company that was demolishing part of my house for a whole house reno and it was a complete nightmare - unsafe working practices, working whatever time suited them, treated the site like a garbage dump, wrecked the original brickwork that was meant to be retained, and no respect for the neighbours or their property. Soon, the whole street knew about these guys and its no surprise that they call the ministry of labour.

So when we brought on Daad Demolition to take over their work, Adam and his crew were a breath of fresh air. At the first meeting, Adam showed up with safety boots, hard hat and branded uniform. He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and prompt with all response and questions.

The experience got even better when Oscar and the rest of the crew showed up to do the work. They were on time to start and had all the tools and necessary safety equipment to do the work. They organized their own bin to remove the rubbish away - something the previous company did not do. And as they demolished things, they had a worker neatly pack it into the bin for efficiency. I was pleasantly shocked to see even that level of care in loading the bin. The other guys just tossed the debris into the garden.

Before working, they protected my neighbours air conditioner to avoid damage. Unfortunately a small piece of debris fell loose and made a small crack in my neighbours window. When informed, Adam showed up right away to inspect, apologized both to me and my neighbour, and paid for the repair.

They also knew about a large lumber delivery I was expecting the following day and knowing that the work was taking longer than expected, upon their own initiative, they organized for the bin to be removed to allow for the lumber delivery. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the site better than how they found it.

I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the work of Adam, Oscar and the rest of the Daad team. They were simply excellent and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Adam and the Daad crew were unbelievable! They worked incredibly fast and efficiently and had our garage demo down and cleaned up by the afternoon. We were in shock! Their work was exceptional, at a very reasonable price and they went the extra mile. I can easily recommend them.

From first contact to execution, the DaaD team was incredible. We did not have access to our house prior to closing, however Adam worked with us to provide an estimate that was accurate when the job was complete. we added some scope before the work started and a little during and they were extremely accommodating. We would 100% (and likely will for more projects!) work with the DaaD team again.

I called Daad because of their Rating on Homestars, Adam came over to look at the job gave me a quote which did not change when the job was completed. I had change the start date, no problem and on the day (May/9) they arrived spot on time.
Length of the project......... quoted 2 days...... yeah really, point of fact the job was done in two days.
Kevin and his team did an amazing job at the end of day one the outside of the house even the sidewalk was left totally clean. No debris anywhere. Adam came back on the third day to do more cleanup of the jobsite because he was not totally happy...... it looked fine to me, but when he left excellent. These guys are total professionals and based on my experience I would hire them again and have no qualms about recommending them.

Adam and his amazing team did a great job demoing my basement! They did a lot of prep to ensure nothing was damaged, provided some great advice and provided a great finished project on time and on budget! Highly recommended.

Daniel and his team were amazing! They demolished our main bedroom, bathroom and closet and took out a 2nd story exterior wall. The team showed up on time, worked long hours to get the job done on time and everything was tidy when they left. They also laughed a lot which I appreciated!! Highly, highly recommend!!!
