Daniel and his team were amazing! They demolished our main bedroom, bathroom and closet and took out a 2nd story exterior wall. The team showed up on time, worked long hours to get the job done on time and everything was tidy when they left. They also laughed a lot which I appreciated!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Daniel and his team came in to demolish a large smoker built in place 30 years ago out of steel, brick and concrete - a HUGE job for anyone to take on. Daad Demo came in as scheduled, worked fast, were very professional, respected our property, kept us informed every step of the way and left the entire area cleaner than I could have hoped for - it was like the smoker was never even there. This company did an amazing job on a project that 3 other companies initially accepted then turned down.
They quoted after I sent them a picture. Adam was prompt in responding, quoted & turned up on time with a crew.
Totally professional, followed all safety requirements. Vacuumed and removed debris.
Would highly recommend & would use again without hesitation.

The pictures show the mirror in and then once removed. No damage to drywall, just have to skim coat now.

We hired Daad Demolision on April 30, 2021 to demolish and haul away an old concreate retaining wall in our front yard. The correspondence with Daad Demo acutally began on Homestars one month prior. Their customer representative, Adam Wrobel was kind, courteous, patient and absolutely professional from the first correspondence to the last. He answered all my questions and was extremely reassuring because I was concerned about damage to my neighbours concrete driveway. The work bagan at 7:30am sharp, and the entire crew of 6 were at my residence ON TIME and ready to work. Within 3 hours of starting my project, they were done and cleaning up. How is that for efficient!!! Every worker on their crew was courteous and looked like they had a lot of experience. The job was not easy as the retaining was sat almost 3 feet underground in the front. There was some very minor, yet unavoidable damage to my neighbours driveway given the issues with detachment of the two structures. But Adam came back the next day with one of his guys and patched up the minor damage to a better condition than new! Adam is a true advocate for his clients. I would definitely recommend Daad Demolision and would love to hire them in the future. Thanks Daad!

Daad was hired to remove all plaster, lath, insulation, and interior framed partitions on a 2 storey (plus basement) residence. They worked safely and efficiently and completed the job in half the time initially anticipated. They left the exterior of the site tidy at the end of each day and kept in contact with progress reports throughout the project. Very pleased with work.
