This is the second time I've used Acadia Drywall the first time was in 2011 for another renovation where the drywall work was a disaster and then I found Bruno who came in and pretty much ripped everything out and started over. Before he started he made several suggestions and the resulting job was fantastic. Fast forward to 2023 and another renovation and I contacted Bruno and within a few days he evaluated the job gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable because of the scope of the job, which included a Cathedral Ceiling. Bruno and his crew attacked this job and I was amazed at how quickly he got it done despite the huge challenge of the cathedral ceiling. (From the floor to the top of the ceiling = nineteen feet. All drywall scrap and garbage was removed and the entire worksite was totally cleaned. The job was finished on time, on budget and I don't think there is a drywall company out there who could surpass the quality of work by this craftsman. Do I recommend Acadia Drywall........... absolutely.

We had a very tired Duplex apartment that needed updating badly, and we knew exactly what we wanted but after talking to several architects who wanted to put their own stamp on the project and not what we wanted, (we have done this before), with some input from them we found K H Engineering Consultants, who actually listened and understood the concept we had in mind. Without any fuss their engineer Jomar got to work on the design drawings and with understanding of what we wanted very little changes were required. From the outset Jomar was very clear in explaining the process including the submission of the drawings to the City of Toronto for permit, gave us an approximate timeline for the process which, and understandably would be out of his purview. Jomar was always available for questions and queries including jobsite visits, the consummate professional as is the whole organization of K H Davis Engineering Consultants and I have no hesitation in recommending K H Davis Engineering and Jomar the handle your renovation or construction project. Thanks guys.

I gave this company 10 Stars if I could give them 12/10 I would. I called Daad because of their Rating on Homestars, Adam came over to look at the job gave me a quote which did not change when the job was completed. I had change the start date, no problem and on the day (May/9) they arrived spot on time. Length of the project......... quoted 2 days...... yeah really, point of fact the job was done in two days. Kevin and his team did an amazing job at the end of day one the outside of the house even the sidewalk was left totally clean. No debris anywhere. Adam came back on the third day to do more cleanup of the jobsite because he was not totally happy...... it looked fine to me, but when he left excellent. These guys are total professionals and based on my experience I would hire them again and have no qualms about recommending them.

I was shocked when I fired up my BBQ and scores of large ants some with wings came streaming out of a timber retaining wall once it started to get warm........ panic because I know how distructive they can be. I checked on HOMESTARS and found Patel Pest and they had terrific reviews. I called Marwan left a message and got a near instant reply, he came the next morning, at the appointed time, assessed the situation in a very calm and professional manner, found the nest did his thing and Carpenter ants came streaming out of their hideaway. Clearly his insecticide was working. He advised that within two weeks they would be totally eradicated. Super happy with Marwan, very professional, job well done.
