Heptagon for General Contracting

My house came with old pot lights that were not in good condition. Heptagon team replaced these lights and also installed new lights in my house. Their team was punctual, professional and did high quality work. Highly Reccommended.

I had the opportunity to work with Heptagon recently on a basement project at my home. I decided to go with this company based on the reviews here and after initial discussions with Saif, and am quite glad that I chose them considering the horror stories that I had read. I found Saif to be very professional and very reliable and a man who was true to his word. He did a good job of setting expectations so that there were no surprises. And he always delivered on what he promised, even when he had to deal with the tragedy of his father passing away during this work.

I am very pleased with the outcome of the work done in my basement and will readily recommend Saif/Heptagon for any of the advertised services.

I used Heptagon to renovate my kitchen and bathrooms. Saif is great person to deal with, he learned me through the process, highly detail oriented, transparent, very responsive contractor.
He is on top of his work and completed the my renovations as per the schedule, quality and the required budget.
I will use Hegtagon again for any renovation work into my house.

Careful what you signup for with Saif, I still have pending work to be finished for a project that started in March 2021. He will always make you feel as he has charged you less for a job and always kept adding Cost. Quality of work and material is average, to many things are not addressed fully and always the blame was on previous contractors or the house being Old. Initially we were happy and started to recommend Heptagon to family and friends but now I regret this. Saif has stopped responding to my messages and call. This is absolutely shameful. Hopefully no one else has to go through this. If you have not decided on a lump sum fixed amount be prepared to go for a joy ride from him. I am a pro DIY guy and could clearly see through his non sense and scare tactics. I generally do not write bad reviews, but this has been a terrible experience, I would be happy to clarify if anyone has any questions.

Funny how after this review I get a response from Heptagon saying there is a balance owed. nothing for weeks until a genuine review. False info from him right there.

Saif and his team did a wonderful job. The most professional and understanding contractor I have ever worked with. His attention to detail and polite demeanor was great to work with. I would definitely hire him again for any future work and recommend him to others.

We didn't know this company before but as the civil engineer, Saif who turned out to be the owner, came to give us a quote, he impressed us with his professionalism and manners. Not that only, believe it or not, his quotation was much lower than the lowest quotation we had. He and his team did a very neat job with quality materials. We are very happy with the work Heptagon did. We recommend them for any construction and renovation project.

Saif and his team did a fantastic job in painting my house and remodelling the powder room, it looks amazing, they are very professional in their work and the pricing is very reasonable.
