Here is my experience with Heptagon Inc .

1- The space in my basement is not much. Also it was finished before. So it was a big challenge to construct anything without tearing off things, which would have cost me double. However, They did a kitchen , washroom, and bedroom . The end result was amazing much better than my expectation.
2- There was a defunct wood fireplace . They skillfully demolished it to generate more space.
3- They did the side entrance , two egress windows, flawless and immaculate stairs steps.
4- All their jobs are as per code, and the owner has excellent commanding over his team.
5-The owner is punctual and keeps his words. My project was done before time in 3 weeks only.
6 - They never overcharged for their work. Rather, thet have given me so much credit doing extra work to keep me happy.

The lead at Heptagon made the process very easy for us and completed the project in 35 days instead of 45 days, which was the original timeline.
Everything with Heptagon Inc. is transparent including selections and costs, and is communicated in writing so there is no room for confusion.
I also find that Heptagon Inc. takes quality and attention to detail very seriously and take a lot of passion in the work that they do.

I had the main floor of my semi-detached home fully renovated by Heptagon Inc. in February of 2024. The contractor was upfront and quite accurate with what was being discussed. He was fair and the prices were comparable to other contractors.
The kitchen was fully upgraded with new cabinets and countertops, the 20-year-old carpet was replaced by hardwood, the foyer was beautifully tiled, the staircase was sanded and stained, and the wood banisters were replaced with iron. All this work was completed in 22 days. A week earlier than expected.

His crew of talented tradesmen were not only professional and courteous but punctual and ensured that the work was done at a high level and correctly. It is outstanding as I feel like am in a new home altogether. is just beautiful to see the design, colours and details that were brought to life with the Contractor's advice and recommendations.
This is my second project with Heptagon as they converted my unusable basement into a wonderful and warm living space 2 years ago.
