Heptagon for General Contracting

Saif is professional in his approach. He gives you ideas and spends a lot of time explaining the details. I had many questions & he spent a lot time explaining the process and the technical details. I am a small time DIYer myself and understand what needs to be done. The hardwood supplier has an excellent collection of hardwood & we spent a lot of time at his showroom. Lastly the team which was doing the job were true professionals. My floors were squeaking from everywhere. It was in extremely bad shape. The guys took the time and screwed down the floor board. Also there was squeaking coming from between the drywall and the floor boards. Special wood wedges were made and glued really well. Now my floors and my stairs are squeak free. A job well done.

My Mom finally got the kitchen of her dreams after 40 years!! Thanks to Saif this was done in a professional and timely manner. Saif was friendly, professional and completed the renos in the projected time frame. My Mom upgraded several items from the original quote but I believe Saif was honest and fair and provided the best cost on the whole renovation.

We recently hired Heptagon to add a bathroom in my basement. As a general contractor, Saif took care of the entire process, and our involvement was limited to selecting the finishes (tile, vanity, toilet, shower head, etc). I am glad to report that he completed the work on time and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, to a point where we are in the process of starting the renovation in our 2nd floor outdated bathroom with Heptagon as well! I recently had my basement completed by Heptagon. From the day that Saif came to see the job, giving the quotation to the last walk through along with his estimation and time lines we have been very pleased with his work. The professionals he had coming in to complete each part of the job such as the framing, dry walling, flooring, painting to having to get the items needed to complete areas like the bathroom and the laundry area, he was courteous, professional along with everyone that came in to do their part of the job. They were respectful of covid protocols and I actually commended him for working with a multi cultural group of workers who appeared to be the best in each area of the job as their work spoke for itself when they completed their part. Saif was the only person we communicated with. The job that Heptagon has completed exceeded our expectations along with Saif’s way of managing the project. He ensured that at every step of the project,  we were advised of what was going on and if there were any issues that arose and how he planned on addressing it. He continued to ask if we were happy with how the job was progressing.

I have recommended him to many of my friends, neighbors and colleagues and wanted to let everyone on here know as well. He now has us thinking about getting other parts of our home updated as our basement looks like the future while the rest of our home appears to be from the 90s.

Saif did a great job in completing Electrical and HVAC work for my Legal basement. City inspector appreciated HVAC work as a quality work.
