Once, the permits were approved within 2 days he started construction.

We were looking for a contractor to finish our basement in January 2023 and received strong recommendations from our neighborhood to reach out to Saif from Heptagon Inc.

We contacted Saif to get a quote and discuss our plans and expectations. He came for a home visit and explained the whole process step by step to finish the basement. He listened to our ideas carefully and provided us with a very reasonable and detailed quote. He also provided us with recommendations of stores to make selections our flooring materials and bathroom fixtures.

Construction began on time and all the tradespeople were very professional. Throughout the process, Saif was available round the clock to answer all our questions.

Saif completed the project before time and we are extremely pleased with how our basement and the washroom turned out! We can use every inch of space and everything was finished beautifully.

I wanted to share with others a review on Heptagon Inc. Our family decided to finally remodel our 30 year old bathrooms and we are so happy we worked with Saif and his team.

From the start Saif provided a detailed and comprehensive quote. His method of quoting is very customer friendly as he provides a breakdown of all items and then allows the customer to shop at his suppliers or find products on their own.

His commitment & communication to the job was stellar. We started, finished and had check in points exactly as planned. As a result, our project was completed and we are extremely happy with the finished product.

For interior renovations, we worked with Heptagon Inc. They replaced carpet with laminate flooring on the second floor and completely renovated a bathroom at our residence.

When the owner Saif answered several of our questions during the initial meeting, we knew right away that we were in capable hands. Although this was a significant project for us, Saif's regular communication with us made it much easier.

We just got our basement finished. This was our 2nd major reno, after a full kitchen reno a few months ago. We are glad we didn't go with our kitchen reno contractor, although we were happy with them at that time.
After getting a quote and talking to 5 contractors we decided to go with #Heptagon Inc.
Now looking back, we are more than glad we made that decision. From the very beginning the owner was very transparent with the quote in terms of material that he will use, specifics around tasks, and timelines.
I know most often than not, quote revision conversations come up, but Heptagon always guided us on how to control the cost, without compromising quality and delivery.
They communicated a detailed plan for flooring, framing, drywall, paint, electrical, and HVAC. During 6 weeks of reno, it only happened once where the framer couldn't show up as he was ill.
I know this is a long review, but based on Heptagon s performance I think this is totally justified. If anyone is on the fence about going with Heptagon, you are more than welcome to coordinate with him to take a look at our basement.
