After contacting a lot of contractors and getting estimates we finally decided to go with Heptagon. Saif was very honest, he briefed us the work involved in the basement renovation. Since I had a building permit there were a lot of intricacies that needed to be handled and also he happily offered to do a minor modification in the drawing and informed us that it will be a onsite approval and I need not do the drawing again and send it for approval. Like he mentioned he started the project on time, even though he had a broken ankle, he took the effort to be on time and get the project delivered on time. Saif and his team were very professional and prompt in their service. He is very friendly and understands what the client requirements are and goes over and above to get the project done. Now my basement looks great better than my main level and upper level lol.
