What an extremely professional experience. Sam did a terrific job. He checked the unit, showed me what needed to be done, and gave me a price. He promptly cleaned evaporator coils while simultaneously answering my questions. Will definitely use The HVAC Service in the future specifically because of him.

The condenser unit was turning on and off repeatedly. I called The HVAC Service and Antoine came the next day. I appreciated his willingness to come to our home at a time that was convenient for us. He did a thorough job checking out everything and offering suggestions to improve efficiency and comfort. Antoine removed debris blocking the condenser, cut down grass, and vines. We would like to thank The HVAC Service for a terrific job. Our house was not cooling properly, the air was somewhat sticky. We had a technician yesterday. William was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He discovered a leak. He explained that without the right refrigerant level, heat and humidity cannot efficiently be removed from the air. William fixed the leak, tested the repair, and then charged the system with the correct amount of refrigerant. Very pleased with the service we received.

Just had our AC repaired by The HVAC Service. My AC was not cooling properly and I was frustrated and searching for reasons. Matt was on time and figured out the problem quickly, evaporator coils got frozen. He had the tools to properly resolve the problem without damaging the unit. Thanks for the great job!

Display of my thermostat was blank and the AC stopped blowing cool air. Something inside has gone faulty. I changed its batteries, but this didn’t solve the problem. I called The HVAC Service and everyone was very polite and easy to deal with. Gurprit was able to identify the problem accurately. The work was done very well. We've been dealing with cooling problem for a while. We were lucky to have Jason do the work to resolve the issue. Jason showed up within an hour of us calling. He was very professional and did a thorough job of checking the unit to find out what the issue was. Jason walked me through all the steps of the inspection and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job, fixed all, and left the area clean. He took the time to make sure AC was working properly and even gave maintenance advice. Will be using The HVAC Service for all of my AC needs.

I needed technician to help me with my new AC system. System was running but it was warm inside and the air wasn't cold. We called them yesterday and technician came two hours later. Alex checked the unit and fixed it right away. Price was reasonable. Thanks again for great service!

I saw a puddle of water in my AC’s drain pan, the water wasn’t draining as it should. I called The HVAC service and Daniel was here within an hour. He found out that dirt and debris blocked the drainage pipe. Daniel removed the clog and explained how to prevent future occurrence of this problem. Nicest technician we've ever had.
