The HVAC Service

If you are looking to buy a new furnace I would absolutely tell you to call The HVAC Service. I had a great experience with this company. They gave me lots of info about the different furnaces and gave me their expert opinion based on what I wanted and my home specifications. I never felt any pressure to buy a certain model it was all about helping me find what I wanted. Really good company.

My furnace was not responding to thermostat input so I purchased and installed a new thermostat which did not fix the problem. I called HVAC Service on a Sunday and they showed up promptly. The technician checked various things in the furnace, then declared that the problem was with the inducer motor, the blower and two pressure switches. He told me that he probably didn’t have the parts with him because it was a brand not common in Canada. He told me that the cost for the repairs would be about $2000. He spoke on the phone to his office and then handed me the phone. The woman on the other end said they could install a new furnace for $5100. The furnace is only six years old. The tech told me to turn the furnace off because it was probably unsafe. I told them both I would get back to them and I arranged for another company to come in. After HVAC Service left on Sunday the furnace was working and responding to the thermostat. The technician from the second company told me there was a no problem that he could find. He asked me if there had been any flashing lights (there had been). He said something triggered the fault and by turning the power off and on, reset it.

My fireplace suddenly stopped working. I phoned a number of fireplace specialty businesses, but no one was interested in coming out to fix the problem - they all said my unit was too old. I then tried A&G AirPlus. They sent a technician the next day. He not only got my fireplace working again, but also cleaned it and explained the relighting procedure should it stop working again. Very reasonable price, too.

Absolute legends. I was shopping around for a good deal on furnace installation. This company stood out from the others. They were prompt in returning my messages and we were able to work out a good deal that we were all happy with. I would recommend this HVAC service to anyone who needs any kind of installation job done. I wish all companies ran their ship like they do.

Boom...cheap, fast and workers who actually know what they are doing. You can tell they only work with quality repairmen. My boiler had been causing me all sorts of problems. These guys quickly figured out the issue and got it fixed. Great company, i’m spreading the word about you guys to anyone who needs any HVAC stuff done.

I bought a pretty expensive boiler, so I was afraid that it could be damaged during the installation. Hvac guys installed it in an hour, which I think is too fast for such an appliance. Hope it will work without issues.

I ordered the boiler from HVAC, and their specialists arrived to install it. I don’t know whether this appliance is good or not, as it's only been two weeks since I bought it, but it still works well. Installation took an hour. Thanks.

Thank you HVAC Service. This a company that actually cares about their customers. There are only a few hours a day where I am available. They were more than happy to accommodate my requests even when I had to reschedule a couple of times. You guys rock!

Repairman John, Thanks. I thought that nothing would save my boiler. One month ago the specialist from another company arrived, repaired the appliance, but it broke down again after two weeks. Even though I didn’t buy the HVAC device, I decided to call their repair service, as I saw its advertisement on the bigboard. The specialist arrived in half an hour and repaired the appliance. It still works well

Faheem and his team did great work. There were some issues but they came and fixed everything to my satisfaction. I had my boiler and water heater replaced. So far everything seems to be working in good order. I will post back if that changes, the job was done only recently.
