My fireplace suddenly stopped working. I phoned a number of fireplace specialty businesses, but no one was interested in coming out to fix the problem - they all said my unit was too old. I then tried A&G AirPlus. They sent a technician the next day. He not only got my fireplace working again, but also cleaned it and explained the relighting procedure should it stop working again. Very reasonable price, too.
